Our 4-step process illustrates the circularity of our work – initially providing more guidance and content that is embodied and integrated over time to create regenerative conditions for your internal teamwork.
This step is all about understanding the status quo (of your teamwork) via our regenerative approach to evaluation, to then be able to jointly choose the relevant workshop topics.
We facilitate three workshops centred around the chosen topics, with a strong focus on creating hands-on learning experiences and understanding quick wins for implementation. Additional emphasis is put on sharing good practices to create connection and participation within your team, while also strengthening efficient teamwork.
We share key insights and constructive action steps for your team, based on the joint workshop experience. We also share further resources from our Living Library to support the transfer of workshop insights to your daily and strategic work.
