Last year I was grateful to be part of the Changemaker Journey as it helped me reflect on my personal and professional aspirations especially in the middle of a pandemic. Now 15 months into the pandemic and looking back, I really am grateful for all the resilience-building last year that I invested in as this year has been much tougher than last. I constantly draw on the exercises to remind myself to take breaks, be aware of the needs of my mind and body and to continue to nourish my soul. I would highly recommend the Changemaker Journey.

How can I...

  • contribute to society while doing the things I love?
  • turn my ideas and dreams into action?
  • make a difference and take care of myself at the same time?
  • build the courage and resilience to stay on my path?
  • find other changemakers to support me?

The Journey

The Changemaker Journey is a 10 week guided online program for a group of up to 12 participants. We meet once a week for a 2 hour online workshop with the group, which takes place via Zoom. Our Journey Guides facilitate the workshops with a focus on experiential learning, reflection and sharing practical methods and tools. Our workshops are highly interactive – this is definitely not your typical online course! Between the workshops there are peer-coaching sessions, as well as a workbook with individual exercises and tools.

The first half of the Journey focuses on developing your inner clarity – your purpose, values, decision-making and more – based on which you will define a project or prototype to develop in the second half of the program. Your project could be something very concrete, such as a new initiative or business idea, or it could be more personal, such as figuring out your next steps forward. Don’t worry if you don’t have it figured out yet as you will get to develop it along the way. The most important thing is that we put our inner journey into outer action.

We offer Journeys for individuals and organisations. To find out about a program for your organisation, contact us.
