Duration

The entire cycle typically takes 2-3 months, depending on the frequency of thematic workshops and response time to the initial assessment.

We focus specifically on hybrid teamwork, creating synergies between digital and in-person collaboration. We have prepared several topics that we consider essential for resilient and regenerative teamwork. Empowering team decision-making

Clarity on the process of decision-making can boost team collaboration. Collectively we begin to unlearn old patterns of decision-making and create space to set up and practise appropriate new tools and processes.

Giving & receiving feedback

An organism without sensory input is blind to change and adaptation. Constructive and precise feedback is an essential part of team communication. Considering the statement “clear is kind”, we reflect on a variety of feedback situations and processes.

Effective team communication and meeting culture

Meetings take up a lot of our time and can drain our energy instead of contributing to meaningful collaboration. Together with you, we analyse your current meeting structure and culture to harness the potential of asynchronous and synchronous work.

Our Approach

We provide the frame; together we bring it to life. 

Our 4-step process illustrates the circularity of our work – initially providing more guidance and content that is embodied and integrated over time to create regenerative conditions for your internal teamwork:

1. Initial assessment & intention setting: 

This step is all about understanding the status quo (of your teamwork) via our regenerative approach to evaluation, to then be able to jointly choose the relevant workshop topics. 

2. Thematic workshops 

We facilitate three workshops centred around the chosen topics, with a strong focus on creating hands-on learning experiences and understanding quick wins for implementation. Additional emphasis is put on sharing good practices to create connection and participation within your team, while also strengthening efficient teamwork. 

3. Evaluation & follow-up

We share key insights and constructive action steps for your team, based on the joint workshop experience. We also share further resources from our Living Library to support the transfer of workshop insights to your daily and strategic work. 

4. Integration

With this input from the workshops and additional resources, you internally commit to further establish new practices and processes towards resilient and regenerative teamwork.
