On the 3rd of April, the invitation is to explore the topic of new leadership and what it means to be a leader in the context of a self-organized team.
Our Meet-up series started with an inspiring evening on the 6th of March on the topic of self-organization and new ways of working at the Social Impact Lab Bonn. This time, we will continue diving into this topic, now from the perspective of new leadership. Our second Meet-Up will take place on the 3rd of April (Wednesday, 18:30-20:30) at EUTOPIA (Thomas-Mann-Str. 36, 53111 Bonn), in collaboration with the Center for Social Entrepreneurship Bonn and the Institut für Bildung und gesellschaftliche Innovation (IBUGI). The topic for the evening will be: “Being a leader in a self-organized team: A collaborative approach”.
What does it mean to be a leader in the context of a self-organized team? How can leaders inspire others on the way to more conscious and meaningful ways of working? What are old patterns and ideas related to leadership that we might like to question or discuss? In this new Meet-up, we would like to share our own experience as a self-organized team in relation to these questions, and learn from yours as well.
We will provide some input for the discussion and playfully share with you some of our ideas and methods, yet the outcome will be product of our joint action, thinking and experience. And of course we will also have the opportunity to connect with others in the field.
In our upcoming meetups, we will continue sharing and collecting experiences, learnings and inspirations around other topics including new team cultures & values, social and digital innovation, social entrepreneurship, among others.
We are thrilled to meet you all again!
